Subscription terms

Where services are provided on a subscription basis:

  • Subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice
  • Cancellation notice should be sent to info@bloodstone.co.uk
  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing period following notice of cancellation

Payment terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloodstone Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
